The BOSS SY-300 Guitar Synthesizer generates polyphonic synth tones from a standard guitar or bass with no special pickup required, plugging in via a regular 1/4-inch input. Its zero-latency, analog-style synthesis engine runs three simultaneous sound layers alongside four effects processors, and the dry guitar signal can also be routed through the synth's own filters, amps, and LFOs.
