Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase from Legends Music Shop. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Our 7-Day Returns Policy

In accordance with with consumer policies we do not accept returns on simple change of mind bases. 

You may be able to return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Returned with an authorised Return Authorisation (RA) number

  • This is a case by cases basis. Please check with the store directly

 

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

Due to health regulations and copyright laws, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

Wind Instruments

  • Recorders, harmonicas, brass instruments, woodwind instruments

Audio & Personal Use Items

  • Microphones and earphones/headphones that have been opened

  • Any product that has been used or shows signs of wear

Copyright & Software

  • Sheet music, print music, and songbooks

  • Any product requiring code activation, software licenses, or digital downloads

Custom Orders

  • Any custom or special order items placed specifically for you

Defective Goods

We will then assess the item and take responsible action. 

Our team does our utmost to ensure every order is delivered quickly and arrives in perfect condition. If we occasionally experience stock delays, we will contact you promptly with details on when your item will be available.

Our returns policy is designed to be fair to all customers. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for any person with a history of repeated returns or abuse of this policy.
