We endeavour to deliver your gear as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days depending on your location. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you promptly.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.

Free Shipping Exclusions

While we offer free shipping on most orders over $200, the following exclusions apply:

Remote & Non-Metropolitan Areas
Free shipping does not apply to non-metropolitan and remote areas as determined by our shipping carriers. If you're located in a regional or remote area, we'll contact you with a shipping quote after your order is placed.

Interstate & Bulky Goods
For orders shipping to the following states and territories, please email or call us for a shipping quote before placing your order:

• Northern Territory (NT)

• South Australia (SA)

• Victoria (VIC)

• Western Australia (WA)

• Tasmania (TAS)

• Queensland (QLD)

Heavy & Bulky Items
Goods over 25kg or oversized items (including drum kits, pianos, amplifiers, and large PA speakers) require a custom shipping quote. After you place your order, we will contact you with postage charges for approval before dispatch.

Out of Stock Items

We make every effort to ensure all advertised products on our website are available for immediate dispatch.

However, due to high stock turnover and the nature of physical retail, we cannot guarantee that all items displayed on our website are in stock at all times.

If an item you order is out of stock, we will:

1. Contact you within 1–2 business days

2. Advise you of the expected restock date (if available)

3. Offer you a full refund, exchange, or backorder option

• Custom/bulky orders: Please allow additional time; we will advise you of expected timeframes

Delivery Times:

• Metro NSW & major centres: 2–5 business days

• Regional NSW: 3–7 business days

• Interstate: 5–10 business days (estimates only; not guaranteed)
