The Epiphone Jack Casady Signature Bass is a semi-hollow maple-body instrument with an internal mahogany centre block for added sustain and feedback control. It is built around a signature low-impedance JCB-1 humbucker, co-designed with Jack Casady, paired with a three-way VariTone impedance circuit and variable coil tapping for switching between humbucking and single-coil modes.
