The BOSS OC-5 is an octave pedal offering both classic monophonic and modern polyphonic octave tracking. Vintage mode reproduces the mono octave sound of the original OC-2, while Poly mode uses newer tracking technology to follow chords and single notes with no added latency. A new octave-up effect extends the range to three octaves in total.
Highlights

- Poly mode tracks chords and single notes with no added latency
- New octave-up effect adds a higher octave for a three-octave range
